Melissa Murray is the beloved mother of Dorian J Murray. She was raised in Westerly, RI where she still resides today. She attended the Community College of Rhode Island to obtain her Accounting degree in 2003. She made great strides with her degree and became a financial professional for over a decade. Melissa became a mother when Dorian was born in 2008. Her most important job, second to motherhood, started shortly after Dorian’s 4th birthday when he was diagnosed with Stage IV Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer in 2012. She became Dorian’s fulltime caregiver, staying by his side throughout his four year battle. During Dorian’s fight Melissa was determined to share his story with the world in an effort to shed a light on this devastating disease and the chaos it brings to the families affected.

Lisa S. Griffith is a Certified Professional Organizer®, Productivity Consultant, and Speaker who began her career as a teacher, director, and administrator of performing arts in schools, churches, and community organizations. In 2008, she decided to put over thirty years of teaching, organizational, and administrative skills to work and established her business, The Organized Way. Her specialties are business and home office organizing and time management coaching. She offers one-on-one consulting in both on-site and virtual settings, workshops on organizing and productivity topics, and seminars for group settings. In addition to her client work, she speaks regularly to groups of all sizes and persuasions for professional, educational, and community organizations. Lisa holds a certificate in Time Management and Productivity from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), as well as the local NAPO-New England chapter, and the Providence and East Bay Chambers of Commerce in Rhode Island

Katy Giffault is celebrating her eighth year with Hasbro, the branded play company that creates and markets some of the world’s best loved brands including NERF, Monopoly, My Little Pony, TRANSFORMERS and Play-Doh.
Her role at Hasbro places the consumer at the center of all global design, entertainment, and marketing efforts. She leads a global team of “insight hunters” that includes specialists in observational research, strategic foresight, and thought leaders who design proprietary research using innovative tools and methodologies to discover, understand, and apply consumer insights to drive global growth.
She is a graduate of University of Rhode Island and received her Master’s degree from Michigan State University. Katy began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in the world of cookies with Nabisco, Old Spice and Hanes. Prior to Hasbro, Katy led the Global Communications team at United Technologies Corporation, and introduced texting and digital services to consumers with AT&T Wireless leading the US team. Katy has her own in-house focus group of triplet girls and lives with her husband and dogs in Mystic, CT. She gets inspiration from her teenagers and finds herself in a “flow state” solving problems when she is sailing with her family in Fisher’s Island Sound, cooking new recipes, or digging up the weeds in her gardens.
