Event Description:
Blithewold’s beekeepers, Mark Hilyard and Kevin Kennedy will be on-site to give a talk that discusses the beekeeping process, an overview of a year in the life of a beehive, and what makes Blithewold a special place for keeping bees. Guests will have the opportunity to explore beekeeping equipment and weather permitting, walk out to the apiary to view the hives from a safe distance. No special gear is required. Members $5, Nonmembers $20
