Brittanee Donley is a civil litigation attorney and a partner at Kiernan, Plunkett & Redihan LLP. She has built a reputation for understanding her clients’ needs and achieving excellent results in practice areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, probate, insurance defense and business litigation. As a trial attorney, every case, from a small car accident to a large personal injury matter, she focuses on the end game. This past year Mrs. Donley successfully argued a case in front of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and obtained a favorable result for her client. Additionally, as a seasoned probate attorney, she presented at a seminar this year at the National Business Institute on probate and title matters. Mrs. Donley graduated in 2007 cum laude from the University of South Florida and in 2010 she graduated cum laude from the honors program at Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Donley became a certified mediator through the Roger Williams Mediation Program and was a member of the Roger Williams Law Review where she published Wills & Trusts: Estate of Giuliano v. Guiliano, Roger Williams University Law Review, Vol. 14:539 (2009). She is a member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut Bar Associations.
