Kiffin Ward is the CEO and Co-founder of Ward’s Manufacturing. He leads our manufacturing operations. He is a Mechanical and Product Engineer whose breadth of experience includes every stage of product development from start to finish, including project scoping, design, material selection, fabrication, finishing, quality control, delivery, maintenance, and customer relations. He has designed and fabricated a wide range of custom prototypes and patented products across industries.

Kelly Ward is the President and Co-founder of Ward’s Manufacturing. She leads our business operations, including strategy, sales, customer success, and vendor management. Kelly has over a decade of experience in strategy, business development, and project management roles. She comes from the agricultural technology industry managing projects that designed, manufactured, and delivered cutting-edge artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies to indoor farms across the world.
