The performance will feature Celtic and Irish music as well as contemporary tunes, held fireside in the Linden Place Ballroom on Fri, March 10, 2023.
Turas means "journey" in Gaelic and Linden Place will be taking a journey across the musical seas with this Rhode Island band of musicians. Turas is a Rhode Island band that features both traditional Irish and Celtic music as well as modern compositions.
In celebration of Irish Heritage Month, Turas will perform fireside in the Linden Place ballroom on Friday, March 10 at 7pm.
Turas is made up of four singers and many instruments. The band (which means "journey" in Gaelic) features Bob Drouin, Josh Kane, Dean Robinson and Torrin Ryan. Together they will bring the sounds of Ireland to Bristol.
Tickets $20, $15 for members, free for Colt Circle Members and may be purchased online at www.lindenplace.org. A cash bar will be available.

Friends of Linden Place is a non-profit organization responsible for the restoration and preservation of the historic house museum at 500 Hope Street in Bristol, Rhode Island, and for the promotion of cultural, artistic, and educational programs in the community.
