Roger Williams University along with the East Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Bristol Merchants Association is pleased to announce the RWU Merchant Fair. The Merchant Fair is a traditional event that allows merchants to showcase their products and service to our students and staff. Below is some important information that you need to know if you would like to participate:
Merchant Fair Date: September 9, 2013
Set Up Time: 9:45 - 10:30 a.m.
Merchant Fair Time: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Rain Location: Should we have inclement weather, the event will move into the Campus Recreation Center
Unloading/Loading: VERY IMPORTANT! Merchants will very quickly unload/load in the Admissions Lot (Main entrance next to the Security Gate, in front of the Alumni/ Admissions Center) (please refer to the map). After unloading, please drive to the J lot (Parking Garage) to park your vehicle.
What to Bring: A table linen for your 6 foot table and any material/product that you want to showcase. Keep in mind you want your table to attract students over. Please remember, you can sell your product or just showcase, it is up to you!
If you are interested in participating in the 2013 Merchant Fair, please send an email to csacchetti@rwu.edu. There are only 40 tables available for the Merchant Fair, and you will be confirmed based on the date your email is received. PLEASE NOTE: While there is no charge to participate in the Merchant Fair, due to the demand for space and our limited table availability, no-shows only will be invoiced a $35.00 set-up fee.
