Event Description: Linden Place Mansion Linden Place’s Museum’s holiday season will be ushered in with a Friday evening fundraiser concert and sing-a-long with Josh Groban style pianist and singer, Michael DiMucci, on December 6th at 7:30 PM in the Ballroom of Linden Place. The fireside concert in the carriage house style ballroom is a perennial sellout with a mix of classical numbers, Christmas standards, and the hugely popular audience sing-a-long. DiMucci has performed in opera, musical theatre, with the Rhode Island Philharmonic and with popular jazz bands such as Avenue A. Tickets are $20, $16 for Linden Place members and $12 for Colt Circle Members and must be reserved in advance by calling the museum. DeWolf Tavern on the Bristol waterfront will offer a special pre-fixe menu for concert goers. Dine at this fantastic restaurant, recognized by Esquire as one of America’s best restaurants, before enjoying Michael DiMucci in concert. They will offer a special three course Prix Fixe dinner for $19.95 per person (for Linden Place concert-goers only!) including a glass of beer or wine. Please make reservations in advance by calling DeWolf Tavern at 401-254-2005 and ask for a seating no later than 5:30pm to ensure arrival at Linden Place for the 7:30pm performance. Diners should specify when they arrive that they are attending the DiMucci concert and will be given the special menu. This concert is part of Linden Place Mansion’s month long holiday celebration and the historic house, decked for Christmas, and museum store will be open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. from Dec 5th through Dec 29th. Admission during the holiday season is $10.00 for adults, $8.00 for students & seniors, $5 for children under 12. (Children under 6 are admitted free).
