Bio:
Victoria Clare is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (Charfen Institute), and has helped homeowners short sell their homes since 2011. She has processed, negotiated and closed dozens of short sales in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She received her paralegal certification from the Community College of Rhode Island and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science. Her current employer is Sayer Regan & Thayer, LLP, the largest law firm on Aquidneck Island and voted Best Law Firm of Newport County in 2013 by Newport Life Magazine.
The majority of her career involved conquering legal issues such as contract negotiation and licensing in New York City and Los Angeles, culminating as a Vice President of Creative Development at global entertainment corporations Polygram International Music Publishing and Island Records.
