Event Description: The 2016 Barrrington Candidate Forums will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 5t, with a Meet & Greet at 5:30, PM; and the forums at 6 PM in the Barrington Town Hall, 283 County Road, Rte. 114. It is sponsored by League of Women Voters of Rhode Island, East Bay Newspapers, Full Channel and East Bay Chamber of Commerce. The Moderator will be from the East Bay Newspapers.

These candidates are competing to represent you so come get a good look them. Their names will be on the ballot on November 8th. Hear what they have to say. Ask them your questions. You can write questions on small index cards when you arrive. The Moderator will choose the questions to ask.

Those invited to take part in these forums include:
Two candidates for State Senate District #32: Cynthia Coyne, D; and James Kazounis, R;
Two candidates for State Representative District #67: Daryl Gould, L; and Jason Knight, D;
Seven Town Council candidates for the three seats: Steven Boyajian, D; Peter Dennehy, R; Geoffrey Grove, R; Melissa Horne, D; Ann Strong, I; and Kate Weymouth, D;
Four School Committee candidates for three seats: Anna Clancy, D; Megan Douglas, D; Pamela Lauria, D; and Gina Pine, I.
