Jordan: As the Owner and Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness Bristol it is my goal to motivate everyone to make lifestyle changes to lead healthier lives!

I was always active growing up, I played soccer and danced for many years. As a Captain I found a passion to motivate others in an active environment. Being an Entrepreneur at heart I studied Business and graduated with my BS in Business Management. I started going back to the gym as part of my routine and fell in love with the way I felt again. I was able to play around with different types of training styles and build my strength. This is what brought me to where I am now!

As the Owner of Anytime Fitness Bristol my top priority is to help make healthy happen for everyone. Nutrition plays an important part in everyone’s lives, food is nourishment, and we are what we eat. I realized this in my early 20’s when my body wasn’t getting the proper nutrients through my “on the go lifestyle”. This was a turning point in my life, and I knew I wanted to start educating people to prioritize their health and fitness goals through bridging the gap with whole foods and exercise . What better way to help out our community than by providing a clean convenient 24/7 access Club that fits into everyone’s busy schedules. We provide a comfortable and supportive environment because you are not alone on your fitness journey, we are all in this together!

AMAZING WOMEN: Join us for our Women's Series every other Tuesday  from 12 - 1 at the Chamber office.  The meetings will continue thru the end of June 2020
